I wanted to comment on it since for some reason I enjoy it a lot.
The picture is broken into two parts, the first one being the military in chemical suits looking at the woman. They both have "I am God" written above them with a gun.
The second part being the woman revealing herself with the cross above her and a few more guns.
It seems to show to me in my opinion, as her being the one in power controlling the military with her body, claiming herself to be a God with the guns from the men.
Or it could be the control the Church and Military have together that they can make people do anything.
It's up to interpretation, I like it a lot.
